Refunds:

We do offer refunds, however, any orders placed outside of opening hours cannot be refunded directly. Please contact us to arrange rescheduled collection/delivery of alternatively a voucher can be issued for same amount.

Product pictures my vary by creativity and do not represent the actual dish although same ingredients will be included in the description and allergy advice is also included

Refunds usually take 5-10 working days to be processed as per Stripe.

Pricing:

Unfortunately due to drastic inflation on specialist supply ingredients, our prices may be subject to change on certain products. We are however very fair on pricing and certain products will be listed on 'sale' pricing.

Freshness:

We strongly advise not to order for next day consumption. Not because it is not safe, just because as per Japanese ethicate, sushi is ONLY ever consumed fresh

Brexit/Supply:

Unfortunately certain products are extremely difficult to source and it is completely out of our control to keep constant supply of certain goods. Edamame, Crab meat & Lobster are our most challenging supply issues.
